Shipping & Returns
Returns are allowed within 14 days. Returns must be unopened, undamaged, with original tags and unworn. If you are returning an order due to any issue that is not our fault, you will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Please contact us before returning any items. Not all items are approved. Sale items are final. Intimates (bras, panties, etc.) are final sale.
Orders are typically received, processed and shipped within 48 hours. Some items require a little longer to process and ship, but all orders are processed within 3 business days and ship out within seven business days following a completed order. You will receive a email with information along the way, informing you of the process.
International orders may take a bit longer to arrive to you, but all customers will receive detailed information concerning shipping and order processing. You can expect your order to be delivered within 10-15 business days. We are not responsible for any weather or delivery delays.
By placing an order for a pre-order style, your credit card will be charged and the style will ship when it's ready to be shipped.
Pre-order items will ship separately from other items in your order via ground shipping, at no additional charge. Orders cannot be cancelled.

Once an order is placed, you have an window of no more than one hour to review and cancel your order. If we have confirmed your order, that window is closed and you may not cancel your order without a 20% cancellation fee. We charge this fee because our clothing is very unique and we typically begin processing your order immediately.
